The second season of Clearwater premiered on July 5, 2013 on the Degrassi Wiki. The first sixteen episodes were uploaded over the course of eight weeks with new episodes airing on Sundays. It was credited as Clearwater: All Is Lost. It followed the second semester of the 2012-2013 school year and 23 actors are given main roles, but the number decreases to 21 after the first block.
The following eight episodes were uploaded once a week on Sunday nights starting in November 2013. It was credited as Clearwater: Timebomb.
The final eight episodes aired in early 2014 as Clearwater: Final Mark. It followed the last few weeks of the school year and the Class of 2013 graduated in the finale. It ended in late February with a two-part episode dedicated to the seniors.
Issues dealt at the forefront this season were coming out to parents, sexual abuse, ending rivalries, sabotaging a group, teen pregnancy, drug dealing, losing all your friends, losing your virginity, being forced to break up by a parent, parent infidelity, death of a parent, illegal relationships, bullying, school shootings, losing your house, seeking attention, prostitution, unrequited love, introducing your partner to your parents, breaking up a couple, online dating, sexting, drunk sex, friends competing for the love of another, negative body image, teen marriage, following dreams, return of past exes, prom, graduation, and alcoholism among many others.
Trey finally decides to come out to his parents with disastrous results. Meanwhile, Eric invites his new friend Keith to a party that gets a little too crazy and Danielle rebels against her mother's wishes for her to change her style.
Liam desperately tries to keep his home life a secret and Tim and Caylee try to figure out what he's so ashamed of while Julia's mom wants her to get a job, making her start to worry. Also, Olivia tries to adapt to life while constantly being watched by the police.
Scott sees Keith around everywhere and starts rethinking their rivalry. Meanwhile, Angel wants to be friends with Danielle but might be a little crazy for her and Ethan gets a call that changes everything.
Sadie is offered an internship and wants to move on from FilmFridayz, but will she let someone else take charge? Meanwhile, Sophie fights for the club and enlists a team to help save it and Caylee starts to feel sparks around one of her friends, but should she go for it?
Julia starts to feel extremely sick and starts to fear the worst while Brittany is afraid of what Levi is keeping from her and Alicia crushes on the worst person possible.
Julia's worst fears come true and amidst all the feelings, she doesn't know how to handle any of it. Meanwhile, Brittany doesn't know how to deal with Levi's mother having cancer and might be a little too affectionate. Also, Alicia shares a kiss with Trey, but he gives her a ultimatum with her parents in return.
Caylee needs more money for doctor's appointments, but maybe her illness can help her out this time. Meanwhile, Scott looks for a way to get his first kiss and show up Keith and Dex decides to get to know Sophie, not listening to Jamie's warnings.
Sophie makes a fatal mistake and realizes she's lost all of her friends. How will this affect her new relationship with Dex? Meanwhile, a sleepover at Eric's house makes Keith realize his crush on him and Jamie overhears a conversation with her parents that they are getting kicked out, but can she change that?
Eliza feels the pressure from both Kat and Blake to take her relationship to the next level, but is she really ready? Also, Angel catches her father macking on some woman-and it's not her mother. Plus, Jeremy seems pretty hellbent on taking his relationship to the next level as well, but is it too far?
After he hears Eliza say she didn't want to have sex, Blake starts to spiral out of control. Meanwhile, Angel's dad tells her she mistook what she saw and even she isn't sure anymore and Jamie has a secret and wonders if she should tell anyone.
Danielle and Brad have been together for a while and feel like nothing in the world could stop them. Except there is one thing...parents. Meanwhile Sadie is crushing on a guy but is missing one thing to make him like her back; a penis and Brittany feels like her and Levi have been drifting apart, but worries if she left him how he would react.
Angel starts to realize she doesn't know her father very well at all when she digs into the past. Will what she finds make her actually scared of him? Meanwhile, Jeremy decides to throw a wild party, but some horrible news might make this host lose it and Devon goes to the party looking for friends, but might leave with enemies.

Meanwhile, Ethan's back to school and ready for his court date. Or is he? And Brittany has had enough of Levi and is ready to dump him. But is she ready for the consequences that follow?
Devon is ready to get back at everyone who has belittled him since starting high school. Revenge is just the beginning. Meanwhile Alicia is upset when Danielle finds out a scary secret about her. Will it be enough to make her change? And Sophie takes her depression to new lengths and pulls Dex deeper and deeper into her madness. How far is she willing to go?

When he does things to fit in with the cool crowd and ends up not in his right mind, will he just ruin his chances of his brother being proud of him? Meanwhile, Keith is having issues with his boyfriend and looks to Olivia for advice, but maybe it will just cause more questions. And Tim is denied access to the only college he applied to and wonders if that's the life he wants to live. Can Sadie talk him into keeping his options open?
Angel's old friend Felicity is in town to visit and she is ecstatic to show her off to her new friends. Danielle has a hunch something is wrong with her, but will Angel take it as jealousy and not realize how serious Danielle is? Meanwhile, Sadie is depressed she can't find anyone to go to Prom with and goes to great lengths to find someone. Is it just a lost cause? And Sophie's feelings toward Abby resurface and she wonders if there is any true potential for them.
Trey is completely in love with Tori and wants to make her as happy as he can. But when her idea of happy makes him upset, what lengths will he go to change himself for her? Meanwhile, Eliza is suspicious when Sophie tries to be her friend and knows she's up to something. Should she tell Dex or avoid another feud? And Liam has had enough of Moon's immature antics and wants to put an end to them, but do he and Julia know who they're messing with?
Jamie faces the difficult decision to dump Jeremy or move out of her house and makes a rash decision. Will she regret it soon after? Meanwhile, Brittany is asked by police to testify in Devon's court date and doesn't want to relive the shooting. Ethan pushes for her to do it since he can't, but will she let him influence her decision? And Eric finds himself in deadly waters when his comments towards Jarrod bring forth a whole gang against him. When he starts getting death threats, are they empty promises or real danger?
Jeremy auditions for Spotlight Star and initially is very confident, but after seeing the competition, he begins to doubt himself. In a plan to garner popularity from the judges and viewers, will he lose Jamie in the process? Back in Clearwater, Scott has had enough mistreatment in gym class and starts a strike. How will the strict teacher put up with his immaturity? Also, Danielle hears that Brad is starting something with Chloe and realizes she's not completely over him. What will she do to gain his attention back on her?
What happens when boyfriend of past and present clash? Bedlam. Eliza tries to deal with Dex's rivalry with her two exes who decide they want her back. Will she lose the one she loves because of the ones she used to? And Alicia decides to give Sophie another chance as her best friend, but she soon realizes it's a mistake when she is blamed for something that wasn't even her fault. Meanwhile, Sadie and Jeremy are partnered together for Mr. Stein's final project. Will they end their year-long rivalry or will this just add fuel to the fire?
The seniors prepare for the final days of their high school careers. As Prom comes around, each deals with their own issues. Meanwhile, Alicia's friends start to get worried when she seems obsessed with her gym teacher. And Ethan tries to help Blake with his depression, but is this a trap to bring the old Ethan back?
The seniors face difficult times as they say goodbye and move on at graduation, but not everyone is there... Meanwhile, Alicia starts to notice something is wrong with Mr. Teller and decides it's best to stay away, but has she already sealed her fate? And Ethan's friends notice his erratic behavior and won't stand for the new regression. Can they help him or is he too far gone?
Jeremy takes eight of his best friends with him to Hollywood as he attempts to make it on to the next round and win Spotlight Stars. Jamie thinks this will be a romantic trip for them, but when he has no time for her, is this just a preview of things to come? Meanwhile, Lauren is offered a modeling deal, but it turns out they want more than just modeling. When she needs money for college, what lengths will she go to in order to make her future bright? Also, Danielle tags along in search for an adventure and she definitely finds one when her dad turns out to be the owner of a huge art gallery in town.
