Summary[]

'Tis the season for happiness, family, and community. But all 3 are in question this Christmas season in Clearwater. His first Christmas since being kicked out of his house, Scott is looking to make his favorite holiday memorable, but Dex struggles when his own family's values don't match up with Scott's. Finally being forced to choose, will he choose his family over Scott yet again? Meanwhile, Eric is struggling during his first Christmas since Abby's death and as suspicions against his brother arise, he realizes maybe the truth is more important than keeping the peace. And Lana is worried when her father doesn't return for the holiday like he promised and starts to do some investigating to see what's really going on. Is she ready to unveil even more family secrets?

Main Plot[]

Dex wants to spend Christmas with both Scott and his family, but when it becomes clearer and clearer that this wish just isn't possible, he's forced to make a decision. But by choosing one will he lose the other?

Sub Plot[]

Eric discovers some infrequencies in Justin's stories he's been sharing with their family and starts to become more and more suspicious that he's up to no good again. Will he let his weird feelings go or try and get more information?

Third Plot[]

Lana is heartbroken when her father lies to her yet again about coming home and finds the holiday dreary without him around. Looking into where he really is, is she going to uncover things that will destroy her family for good?

This episode is named after the song "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)" by Mariah Carey.
This is the Christmas Special and the first episode to take place on Christmas.
This episode marks the start of Sophie and Lindsay's second relationship.
